Your race number will not be posted out prior to the race, please pick this up on the day at the race HQ. The payment provider for this on-line entry system is paypal, confirmation that we have received your entry is your paypal receipt which is automatically generated and sent to the email address you have registered once your payment is complete.

 

 

ENTER OVER THE PHONE WITH A CREDIT CARD - RING 01639 729000 and ask for DAI

(The same admin fee of 85p applies with phone entries)

 

REFUNDS ETC

If you are unable to do the race, we do offer the following options:

REFUND - You can have a percentage of your entry fee refunded.

TRANSFER - You can transfer your entry to another runner. There is an admin fee for this facility. See below for how to do this.

DEFER - You can defer your entry to the following year. There is an admin fee for this facility. See below for how to do this. 

 

REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be granted by request to the email that runners have entered with, only on receipt of a 'refund request' from that email address. Our refund policy is a follows:

BEFORE 30th September - 70% of entry fee refunded.

BEFORE 31st October - 60% of entry fee refunded.

BEFORE 30th November - 50% of entry fee refunded.

BEFORE 15th December - 40% of entry fee refunded.

No refunds will be made after this date.

TRANSFER YOUR ENTRY

To transfer your entry to another runner please click on the 'add to cart' button and pay the 2.00 admin fee, then email us with your transfer details. Please do this with the same email address you previously entered with. We need to know the name, age, sex and club (if any) of the new runner.

DEFER YOUR ENTRY TO NEXT YEAR

  To defer your entry to next year please click on the 'add to cart' button and pay the 2.00 admin fee. Please do this with the same email address you previously entered with. If you entered more than one runner with this email address, please email us with the name of the deferred entry.
